Elemeno P - High Fidelity Vinyl Release Tour

I was about 10 when my father first took me to Verona cafe/bar. We sat in a booth and proceeded to message my mum with cryptic lyrics, seeing if she could guess where we were. I can't help but think of that time and Elemeno P whenever I'm in or walk past Verona.

The other strong tie I have to Elemeno P is of car trips (again in dads car), dad and I singing at the top of our lungs 'Fast Times in Tahoe'. For the past 18 years, I wished to see the band play live, and every time I had the opportunity to, it fell through somehow. When the 'High Fidelity Vinyl Release Tour was announced, the two things I did were buy tickets for mum and me and find money under the couch to buy 'Love & Disrespect' on vinyl. The kiwi rock legends performed up and down the country ending with their home town, Auckland, at The Tuning Fork. Turning up to a sold-out show, filled with everyone from all age groups and backgrounds. This really shows the importance of their music, and it's still so relevant in people's lives.
